So, I’ve been doing a lot of hoofing around this big city lately and my dogs have been seriously barking! I’m day dreaming of comfortable shoes to wear with all those lovely dresses. I love sandals in the summer time!! I’ve also been wearing much more casual garb because if you are running around that much it is key to be cool, cute and comfy! I have been wearing my sweet summer sandals and for the most part they are comfortable but when we hit that third mile, I’m dying! I think for those kinds of treks on the city streets I may need a little more support. So, I’m thinking maybe some cute summer sneakers?

For dresses and days that require less walking…..I think these are all fun, flirty and sweet!

These Cole Haan’s would go with everything and are $148. I think they are so cute, but they don’t appear to have the arch support I was hoping for.

these, also Cole Haan’s, via Bloomie’s (and also $148) seem to have the arch support, a lot of detail and the “air” technology. Interesting, very interesting.

I’m also interested in the Matt Bernson shoes. They seem to have a cushy bottom, arch support and these are metallic, which I love. They are a bit pricier at $170.

Or, do I keep wearing the variety I have in this style and add a summer sneaker for the days of longer walking? What to do, what to do!!

A Nike Sneaker via Nordstrom at $88. Cute but still pretty sneaker-ish.

Or at $85, will the gold Sperry’s do the trick? According to my husband, if I put the gel inserts into these babies I could go for miles? I do like a gold shoe!! Plus, if we get invited to go boating (which right now seems like a bit of a pipe dream), I could wear them with my white jeans and look quite chic. Just sayin’!

So, what do you all think? Any ideas?
