On Sunday, my business partner and I spent the day shopping. Not so much for ourselves, though we did find so much great stuff it was hard to leave it at the shops, but for our new clients. We both became quickly obsessed with the pants below. 

First, these J Brand, army green summer pants. They retail for $231.

Why, at $231 do we love these pants? Well, it’s all about spending money on the pieces that are going to do the heavy lifting in your wardrobe and these pants will do just that! They look lovely for night time paired with heels as shown above. They look chic paired with a tank and some flats for errands. They look put together with a classic white button down. Oh, friends, the list goes on! Did I mention they are made of a Japanese twill? So soft! And, most importantly, I speak from experience when I say, the J Brand items are well made. Every pair I have ever bought has worn very well. And so there it is, I say these are worth it!

So, what did I wear to tour the town? I went classic!!

Inspiration: I wanted to look put together but be able to move around too. And it was a little windy!

Scarf: Vintage Vera via Sought Vintage - So let me just tell a little story. I ordered a few vintage scarves on Etsy and I was hoping to get them in time for our trip to Nashville. So, I reached out to Sought Vintage to check the ETA of my items. Turns out…..she lives like 7 or 8 blocks from my apartment! So, I walked up to pick up the items, we had a nice little chat and I am so excited to order from her again. Lovely seller with some GREAT things! You all should totally check her out. The scarves were even more lovely in person and in excellent condition and were not over priced at all. Can’t recommend this one enough!! (I promise to get better pics the next time I wear this scarf!!)
