Tomorrow we head to Nashville to visit friends. This trip is long overdue. We have owed a trip for quite some time. This is the first trip Dan and I will make to Nashville that is just for fun. No work and no weddings, just friends, fun and BABIES!! My husband went to college in Nashville and played in a band, so there are a lot of people to see. Luckily, our gracious hosts have taken care of much of the details.

The weekend will be filled with dinners out, BBQ’s and even an Avenue’s (that was his Nashville band) reunion show! So, this begs the question…..what to pack??? Here is what I decided on.

That would be 3 pants, 1 dressy shirt, 1 button down, 4 tees, 3, cardigans, 1 scarf, 3 necklaces a bracelet and 4 shoes. As I write it all out it seems like a lot. But, the truth is that most of this is simply about the weather. Will it be as warm as I hope it will? if not, I have included the heavier cardigan and some closed toed shoes. All in all, I’m pleased with the outcome.

The only dressy occasion (and it’s not real dressy) is the show. Which, if you are in Nashville, you might not want to miss this party! It’s at 12th & Porter and I’m pretty sure there will be a $5 cover and $3 PBR Tallboys, so yeah.

For travel day I like to be cute, comfy and warm on the plane. I believe tomorrow will include a trip to the Yazoo Brewery and a BBQ. The weather is expected to be around 60ish. This should work perfectly.

I’m not sure what is on tap for Saturday day time but I’m guessing low key and Saturday night is dinner out and the show. 

Sunday will also be low key. The A-Team will be showing us their favorite parts of town, places to go and things to do!!

And then Monday, we’ll be NYC bound again!

So there you have it. What I’m hoping to wear and a few extras in case of colder than expected weather! We are so pumped for the weekend and I’ll try to document as much as I can for outfit posts later.
