Everyday Chic: Pizza, Pizza
This week has been a busy one so far, lots of errands, project research and meetings for a new venture. I’m getting excited about all that is happening! I was also pretty happy yesterday, when I went out for lunch to find such beautiful weather.
Had an old friend, who also happens to be an ex-Park-Sloper, in town and we met up for lunch. She was missing NY pizza so we hit up Pizza Roma (which, if you are a Brooklynite, is a pretty delicious slice!). I love to meet up with this friend, such positive energy, inspiring attitude and excellent perspective. I always leave our little chats feeling excited for all that she has planned and for all that I’m working towards. It’s great to be surrounded by positive gals.

We took these outfits at the end of the day/night, so please pardon my tired eyes!!

I love the way this top drapes and the detailing around the neck. Such a simple print, but interesting color and super comfortable.

Where: Pizza Roma Lunch, TriBeCa Afternoon/Evening Meeting with yet another inspiring and talented lady (More to come based on the outcome of my meeting soon!!)
Inspiration: The weather was climbing, slowly yesterday and from where I sat it looked so sunny, but the internet was claiming it was only 50. So, I wanted to dress for spring but I threw the cardigan on for an extra layer.
Outfit:
Top: CoreyLynnCalter via Kiwi Brooklyn (Spring/Summer 2009)
Cardigan: I feel like I wear this sweater so much, and yet this is the first appearance on ECNY! Wow, got it on sale in Carroll Gardens this winter.
Pants: JBrand Black Skinnies (Spring/Summer 2009)
Shoes: Melissa via Epaulet in Carroll Gardens (Gift from Mom Spring 2009)
Well, today begins the start of a new project and I can’t wait to get it going. Hence, I am up and moving about at 5:30 am. Happy Thursday all!!
XoXo
