Everyday Chic: Trivia Night
Every other Tuesday night some friends and I attend a Trivia Night at The Sackette. It’s a lot of fun, but we don’t even come close. I believe the best we have done is taken 3rd place. They ask no shopping, fashion, organization or steel related questions, so I barely count as a team member!! But, don’t I look smart in my new glasses? They are a little larger frame than I had before, but I think they are kind of Geek-Chic, no?

A friend had given me a gift card to Barnes & Noble for my birthday and yesterday I took a stroll to our local shop and picked up this funny book. It’s the new one by Chelsea Handler. By the title “Chelsea, Chelsea Bang, Bang”, I think it is clear her humor is not of the clean variety. She is nothing if not rough around the edges, but it does make me laugh, so I’m reading it.

Bailey decided he wanted in on the action. He thought the book was hilarious too. How can you say no to an animal this cute? I know we can’t…..which is likely part of the reason the dogs are not exactly model citizens!!

Where: I wore this comfy outfit all day. To the grocery, Barnes & Noble, for a coffee and then to get my butt kicked in trivia. Next time, we’ll get’em next time for sure!
Inspiration: Frankly, it was kind of cold here yesterday and I wanted to wear a fun scarf to help stay warm. I love this tye-dyed one and like it mixed with the stripes. Oh and I just picked up the new specs, so I wanted to wear those too! Yep, like a 6 year old. Something new? I’m wearing it within the first 10 minutes I bring it into the house.
